Lillie Hobson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Lillie represents clients in matters pending in both state and federal courts. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in business, employment, and real estate disputes, and defending clients in product liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic personal injuries matters, among others. She regularly advises clients on matters involving OSHA regulations, citations, and inspections and has represented clients before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

Lillie handles a number of regulatory matters and frequently advises telecommunication, gas, water, manufacturing, housing authority, insurance, and banking clients on various legal issues. She also keeps an eye on developing legislation at both the state and federal level to provide relevant insight and advice to her clients.

Lillie maintains an active pro bono practice and has served on the board of the Montgomery County Bar Foundation.

Lillie received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from Mississippi College School of Law, where she served as the technical articles editor of the Mississippi CollegeLaw Review. Lillie was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in 10 courses, the Regions Private Wealth Management Award, and the Mississippi Bar Award for both real property and family law. During law school, Lillie worked for U.S. Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith in her Jackson, Mississippi office. She also externed for Judge Chris McCool with the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.

Lillie earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) in History and Criminal Justice from Judson College.
