Dan Huynh is a rising leader in the IP legal industry who provides his clients with results-driven and value-oriented representation. Dan represents companies of all sizes in various technology sectors, including wireless telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial payment systems. He assists companies with intellectual property and commercial matters, including patent, trademark, and other IP disputes.
In addition, Dan advises clients on the creation, development, and management of IP portfolios, the acquisition and exploitation of IP rights through licensing or litigation, and the preparation of invalidity, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions.
