Ben Johnson is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as a law clerk and attorney-advisor to Chief Judge Scott W. Stucky of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington, D.C.
Ben received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also served as an executive editor of the Tennessee Law Review, vice president of Vols for Vets, and treasurer of the Christian Legal Society. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Bryan College.
