Collin Keller is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Collin’s primary areas of practice include real estate, commercial lending, and general commercial transactions.
His practice concentrates on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, sale and financing transactions involving a variety of property types, including office, industrial, retail, and agricultural properties. He also represents parties in multi-property and multi-state transactions, as well as residential development transactions.
In addition, Collin represents lenders in all phases of lending and real estate finance transactions, including construction loans.
Collin received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Alabama Law Review and as a senator for the Student Bar Association. He was the recipient of the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award and a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board.
Collin graduated (summa cum laude) from Auburn University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
