Danby Kim represents a diverse range of private and public companies, Fortune 500 companies, and private equity sponsors from a variety of industries, including retail, transportation, automotive, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, fintech, and financial services. He also has represented companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and clients acquiring ESOP-owned companies. Danby has experience handling a wide array of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, dispositions, private equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Danby worked as an associate in the Dallas and New York offices of another international law firm. While attending law school, he served as an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and as a research assistant for Prof. Paul H. Robinson.
