Advise on maintenance and compliance of provider networks, and negotiation of managed care agreements.
Represent physician/hospital partnerships in the development of hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic imaging centers and laboratories.
Represent business entities with regard to capital formation and in lending transactions.
Ongoing representation of physician-owned hospitals regarding fraud and abuse, compliance and operational issues.
Ongoing representation of healthcare providers in licensing, confidentiality of medical records, delivery of patient care, Medicare/Medicaid and other third-party reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse and operational issues.
Ongoing representation of pharmaceutical and device manufacturing companies in operational and compliance-related issues, including the federal Sunshine Act.
Represent nonprofit health corporations certified by the Texas Medical Board on structural, operational, employee benefit and tax-exempt issues.
