      Ongoing representation of healthcare providers in licensing, confidentiality of medical records, delivery of patient care, Medicare/Medicaid and other third-party reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse and operational issues.

      Ongoing representation of pharmaceutical and device manufacturing companies in operational and compliance-related issues, including the federal Sunshine Act.

      Represent nonprofit health corporations certified by the Texas Medical Board on structural, operational, employee benefit and tax-exempt issues.
