Represented seller in a multimillion-dollar asset purchase of medical rehabilitation software company. Represented a federally recognized Native American tribe in a multimillion-dollar real estate acquisition in Tennessee. Represents and advises companies related to various environmental, safety and health laws, including OSHA compliance, including COVID-19 compliance plan preparation and guidance, and environmental permitting. Represented lending clients financing real estate developments secured by Tennessee Border Region Retail Tourism Development District incentive proceeds.
