T. Matthew Miller

Matt Miller has over 15 years of experience representing and advising companies in all areas of labor and employment law, including anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour law, ERISA, OSHA, and covenants not to compete. He regularly works with emerging growth businesses, from start-ups to publicly traded companies in navigating employment-related issues ranging from drafting and interpreting employment agreements, drafting, advising about and litigating non-competition provisions and counseling on human resources issues such as hiring, wage and hour, discipline and termination. Matt has tried both jury and non-jury cases and has litigated cases ranging from a single plaintiff to those involving thousands of plaintiffs.
