Steve Monk's practice is primarily devoted to the representation of developers in commercial development activities. Steve regularly represents clients in the annexation and zoning of properties for planned unit developments, traditional neighborhood developments and other mixed uses. Such representation includes preparation of development plans and criteria for zoning, preparation of restrictive covenants, establishment of homeowners’/property owners’ associations, and all legal documentation relating to the development and sale of real estate for those clients.
