Elaine Moore is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. Her practice focuses on regulatory compliance matters, including assisting clients with daily operations issues. Elaine’s practice routinely calls for complex statutory and regulatory research involving synthesis of legislative history and translation of evolving regulations into practical guidance for clients. Elaine frequently performs both federal and state law fraud and abuse law analysis, such as application of the Stark Law and federal Anti-Kickback Statute to proposed healthcare arrangements. In addition, Elaine has experience in advising clients navigating the ever-evolving telehealth landscape and is committed to solutions to help each client meet their unique goals. She takes special interest in the women’s health, behavioral health, and telemedicine spaces.
Elaine serves as a Dallas office Winn liaison for Bradley’s Winn Initiative, a program to support and provide career development for women attorneys within the firm. Elaine received her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where she was a senior executive editor for the Baylor Law Review. She also earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) in English Literature from Baylor University.
