Represent developers in the acquisition, financing, redevelopment and sale of historic properties that qualify for historic tax credits. Commercial Leasing Worked with various landlord teams to develop custom lease form for office and buildings, then prepare and negotiate tenant leases and amendments. Applies a targeted review approach to tenant representation to deliver customized and cost-efficient counsel on commercial leasing matters. Prepare and negotiate subleases, assignments, estoppels, and SNDAs. Local Counsel (Georgia) Provides local opinions for secured transactions involving Georgia property.
