Eve Pferdehirt is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group who has a unique legal background. She has defended corporations in oilfield and refinery incidents throughout the various stages of litigation and dispute resolution process, including by providing post-suit guidance regarding remedial measures. Her experience includes drafting analyses of various statutory and legal frameworks for the purpose of evaluating complex commercial litigation matters involving products liability, premises liability, and breach of contract. Eve collaborates with her clients to effectively resolve disputes while strategizing to limit future exposure in analogous situations.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Eve received a Master I, droit comparé (French J.D. equivalent), from the Université Paris Nanterre La Défense in Paris, France. While in France, she worked as a corporate legal intern, translating and drafting documents for international matters.

When she returned to the United States, Eve joined the in-house counsel team of a multi-national energy company affording her first-hand insight into the priorities and objectives of commercial clients. She later gained significant litigation experience handling a complex docket of construction, antitrust, bankruptcy, and environmental matters. She has worked with clients of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
