Kristina Allen Reliford is a results-oriented litigator and trial attorney who focuses her practice on securities and government investigations, complex business disputes, and non-compete litigation. Her broad litigation experience includes assisting U.S. and international companies from a wide variety of industries, such as financial services, healthcare, retail, pharmaceuticals, and information technology, in developing practical solutions to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Kristina has experience in all facets of commercial disputes, leading the defense of complex business disputes at every phase of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery management, witness preparation, trial briefing and witness examination. She has also served on trial teams in federal court litigations alleging trade secret misappropriation, False Claims Act violations, healthcare and securities fraud, and sexual assault investigations.
Notably, Kristina has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation and Securities and was named to the 2017 Women of Power by the Urban League of Southern Connecticut. She also has a strong commitment to civic involvement, serving in various leadership roles in numerous civil and professional organizations, including the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, Napier Looby Bar Association and STRIVE Collegiate Academy Board of Directors.
Within Bradley, Kristina serves on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee and is chair of the Lawyers of Color Resource Group.
