Ethan Sanders is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group in the Charlotte office. He assists clients on a wide range of construction matters, with experience representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in various state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitrations. He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts for various projects to meet his clients’ specific needs, including bespoke and unique contractual agreements, as well as AIA industry forms.
Ethan regularly aids clients in resolving challenges through change orders, variations, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He works closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks and resolve any disputes efficiently and effectively.
Ethan earned his J.D. (cum laude) from William & Mary Law School, where he served as articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review. He received his B.A. (magna cum laude) in Communications from Bob Jones University.
