    • Provide compliance and regulatory guidance for discount dental program operators

      Conduct compliance audits and incident investigations

      Assist with regulatory due diligence reviews

      Provide HIPAA education for hospital, clinic and dental office staff to meet Texas state privacy law requirements

      Serve as an Independent Review Organization reporting to the Office of Inspector General for national provider of hospital-based physician services

    • Serve as board counsel and operational counsel to physician employment organizations (e.g., Texas 501a nonprofit healthcare organizations)
