Brooke Sgambati is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Government Enforcement and Investigations practice groups. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as the representation of companies and individuals in government investigations and enforcement actions.
Brooke represents diverse clients, including large financial institutions, public companies, and individuals, in both federal and state court and before both domestic and foreign arbitral tribunals. Additionally, she represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions undertaken by regulators, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. She has conducted corporate internal investigations both in connection with government inquiries and in response to shareholder demand letters.
Brooke is experienced in every phase of litigation, including discovery management, dispositive motions, witness preparation, and trial. She also advises deal teams regarding litigation and antitrust risk in proposed transactions.
Before joining the firm, Brooke worked as a litigation associate for Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.
