Sam uses her Spanish and international travel to connect and grow an extensive network of foreign counsel for global trademark and copyright protection and enforcement.
Sam’s experience includes Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings and negotiations. Her practice also includes advising on and assisting with investigating, purchasing and licensing intellectual property, as well as business formation and due diligence. Sam leverages her biology background and prior patent prosecution experience to advise on all intellectual property aspects and provisions of agreements, including assignment, purchase and license agreements.
