Kenneth Snavely is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where he focuses on representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, securities offerings and compliance, financing transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

Kenneth’s practice covers the entire business lifecycle, from assisting with entity formation and providing guidance on securities compliance, commercial transactions and fundraising to advising buyers and sellers in connection with complex M&A transactions.

Kenneth received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was mock trial chair for the Moot Court Executive Board. He has a B.S. in Economics and Philosophy from Eastern Michigan University.
