Successfully represented the protester, Classic Air Charter, Inc., in a GAO protest challenging the evaluation of proposals and issuance of a contract award by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The contract, valued at approximately $3.6 billion, was for charter flight services to be performed as part of the ICE Air Operations program.
