Kristen Strickland is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Kristen has experience in a variety of engineering and computer science technologies. She utilizes her education and industry experience to help clients navigate the patent process and achieve their goals.

Kristen is experienced in communicating patent prosecution strategy to her clients and drafting patent applications for software and computing technologies. She has written and prosecuted patents related to machine learning and artificial intelligence, quantum computing, communications devices and systems, virtual reality devices, medical devices and associated computing systems, and mobile computing applications.

Kristen earned her J.D. (cum laude) from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. She also holds a B.S. (summa cum laude) in Computer Science & Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University, as well as a B.A. in Music from Hofstra University.
