Jaden Taylor is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, focused on guiding public and private companies through complex corporate transactions. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing, and corporate reorganizations.
Jaden received his J.D. (with honors) from George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Prior to law school, Jaden graduated with a B.A. (summa cum laude) in History and Political Science from The Ohio State University.
