Skylar Williams is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice involves handling pre-trial and trial preparation in complex litigation matters, as well as extensive motions practice in state and federal courts. Skylar also has experience with intellectual property disputes and enforcement matters, including domain name disputes and TTAB proceedings.

During law school, Skylar was a clerk with the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection, where she conducted investigations of reported unlawful business practices and consumer complaints.

Skylar received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she served as executive editor of the Loyola Law Review. Skylar received her B.A. in Philosophy and Cinema & Media Arts from Vanderbilt University.
