      Represented numerous broker-dealers in arbitrations involving claims of unsuitability, misrepresentations, and securities fraud.

      Represented national banks in Georgia in lawsuits raising UCC, RICO, conversion, breach of contract, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and negligent security.

      Assisted healthcare clients with municipal citations from the City of Atlanta and other area municipalities relating to business licenses and other issues.

      Obtained summary judgment in federal court for an insurance broker in a coverage dispute.

      Obtained summary judgment in federal court for a national bank to recover almost a half a million dollars when its former customers made withdrawals from their accounts to avoid a garnishment action.

      Jury defense verdict for national bank in UCC action.

      As a volunteer lawyer with Georgia Justice Project’s record restriction clinic, represented over 20 clients in obtaining restrictions to their criminal records and related court files and helped one client successfully file a petition for pardon to the State Board of Pardon and Paroles relating to a 10-year-old, non-violent felony conviction.
