Serving in some cases as trustees or receivers, our attorneys help Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees perform fiduciary duties and liquidate bankruptcy
estates to provide maximum value to creditors. We also represent liquidating trustees under confirmed Chapter 11 plans.
