This project was the first public-private partnership of its kind for this university, and was heavily scrutinized within the university and the state as it set precedent for all similar projects to follow.

Represented the Administrative Agent on proposed loans totaling approximately $74 million for the construction of a retail shopping center and outparcels. This deal consisted of a seller financing component and a permanent take-out commitment.
