Surgery center lease negotiations Represent one of the nation’s largest surgery center operators in numerous lease negotiations for centers throughout the country. $36 million syndicated multifamily loan Represented the lead lender in a $36 million syndicated loan for the construction of a multifamily apartment complex. $32 million mixed-use construction loan Represented the lender in a $32 million loan for the construction of a mixed-use project.
