Bradley Continues Strategic Growth Trend with Addition of Nationally Recognized IP Practice
Bradley is pleased to announce that a 12-person intellectual property team – led by prominent IP attorneys Daniel E. Sineway, Daniel L. Huynh, Ashley Klein, and Adam J. Thompson – has joined the firm’s Atlanta office. In addition to these four new partners, the team includes one senior attorney, four associates, and three paralegals who were all part of a nationally recognized IP practice under the leadership and co-leadership of Mr. Sineway and Mr. Huynh, respectively.
“We are delighted to welcome to our Atlanta office such a high-caliber group of attorneys and legal professionals who are well-known for handling sophisticated IP matters. Daniel, Adam and Ashley’s patent prosecution, trademark, and IP transactional work coupled with Dan’s focus on IP litigation will greatly expand the IP services Bradley offers to our clients,” said Bradley Atlanta Office Managing Partner Sidney S. Welch. “Their team approach and emphasis on middle-market technology and emerging companies brings significant depth to the capabilities of Bradley’s IP practice.”
Now the third largest office in the firm’s footprint, Bradley’s Atlanta office has tripled the size of its presence since it launched in May 2023 with 20 attorneys from leading national law firms. Last week, the office announced a move to permanent, renovated space in Midtown’s Promenade Tower to accommodate its historically strong growth trajectory. Today, the office has expanded to 62 attorneys who represent clients nationally and across the Southeast in a wide range of industries, including real estate, healthcare, litigation, banking and financial services, corporate M&A, securities, labor and employment, IP, and franchise.
Bradley’s expansion in Atlanta mirrors its successful growth strategy across its footprint, bringing the firm to nearly 750 attorneys firmwide. The firm experienced especially strong performance in 2024 with double-digit increases in revenue and net income as a result of that growth strategy and other investments made in the previous five years.
“The response to Bradley since we entered the Atlanta market has been tremendous. Our explosive growth has been fueled by client demand for best-in-class legal services that are value and results driven,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan M. Skeeters. “Attracting top legal talent like this distinguished intellectual property team in Atlanta, as well as the seasoned IP practitioners we’ve added in Charlotte, Texas and Nashville over the last two years, just enhances our ability to service clients’ business needs in critical areas like IP, technology and other key practices.”

“We are excited to join Bradley and become part of a firm that not only has a stellar reputation but also such a strong IP, business and litigation platform, which will help us expand the scope of our practice,” said Mr. Sineway. “Bradley’s collaborative culture, partnership mentality and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our values, and we see real opportunity to grow our existing client relationships and build new ones.”
