Bradley Elevates 17 Attorneys to Partner
Bradley is pleased to announce 17 of the firm’s attorneys have been elevated to partner, effective January 1, 2025. The new partners are Alicia Adlerz, Alex Ash, Jared Batte, Leah Campbell, Dennis Daniels, Ross Darville, Kyle Doiron, Will Farmer, Gio Giarratana, Jacob Hanson, Erin Malone-Smolla, Mike Moore, Jared Searls, Andrew Shaver, Butler Sparks, Caroline Dare Spore, and Jessica Zurlo.

Birmingham
Mr. Ash assists clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structure, formation and reorganization, contract negotiation, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ash earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama.
Mr. Batte practices as a transactional attorney in the real estate and banking industry, where he regularly represents developers in the affordable housing industry, lenders making commercial real estate loans, and real estate developers buying, selling and developing property. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, he received his B.S. (summa cum laude) from Auburn University.
A member of Bradley’s Financial Services Litigation team and Auto Finance and Payment Systems teams, Mr. Searls' practice focuses on assisting financial institution clients on a broad range of litigation and regulatory compliance matters. He earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama and his B.A. (summa cum laude) from West Virginia University.
Mr. Shaver represents financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, and other interested parties in bankruptcy cases, commercial litigation and extra-judicial proceedings. He received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, as well as a B.A. (summa cum laude) from the University of Alabama.
Mr. Sparks’ practice focuses on advising public and private clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, business entity formation, securities offerings, financing transactions, and corporate reorganizations. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, he earned his B.B.A. (summa cum laude) from Mississippi State University.
Charlotte
Ms. Campbell advises banking clients on regulatory issues, transactions, warehouse lending, pre-litigation risk, compliance with federal and state laws, and financial technology contracts, particularly when banks partner with fintech companies and other vendors. She received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Tulane University Law School and her B.A. from The Evergreen State College.
Dallas
Mr. Daniels defends clients across Texas, California and throughout the United States in high-profile and high-exposure matters ranging from lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries to sensitive business disputes involving accusations of fraud and other wrongdoing. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. (cum laude) from Georgetown University.
Houston
Mr. Darville advocates for clients in high-exposure, multi-plaintiff, and multi-defendant litigation matters involving construction, transportation, business disputes, breach of contract, employment, and premises liability. A summa cum laude graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law, he received his B.S. (magna cum laude) from Texas A&M University.
Nashville
Ms. Adlerz is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and advises clients operating in the healthcare industry on transactions and regulatory compliance matters. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Georgia.
Mr. Doiron represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in the construction industry. He advocates for clients both in advance of and subsequent to problems arising by drafting contracts designed to avoid disputes and litigating matters. A magna cum laude graduate of Duke University School of Law, he earned his M.A. from Duke University and his B.S. (summa cum laude) from Birmingham-Southern College.
Mr. Farmer’s practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance and development, lending and leasing for banks, and representing life insurance companies, real estate developers, real estate investors, and corporate clients. He has a J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Kentucky College of Law and earned a B.B.A. (summa cum laude) in both marketing and management from the University of Kentucky.
Ms. Malone-Smolla regularly handles bankruptcy, complex business litigation, commercial litigation, judgment enforcement and execution matters, as well as various matters relating to compliance and risk management. A graduate of Duke University School of Law, she earned an M.Ed. from Lipscomb University and a B.A. from Duke University.
Mr. Moore has a diverse practice representing agents, lenders, and investors in all types of commercial loan transactions, as well as clients across various industries in connection with private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.S. from Xavier University.
Ms. Spore concentrates her practice on complex business litigation and appellate issues in state and federal court and encompasses a diverse array of legal matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and ERISA litigation. She received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from Washington University School of Law and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
Tampa
Mr. Giarratana advocates for clients undergoing civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance issues, as well as in complex litigation cases and issues related to securities fraud, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination, and patent infringement. A summa cum laude graduate of Stetson University College of Law, he earned his B.B.A. (summa cum laude) from Belmont University.
Mr. Hanson focuses his practice on defending private and governmental entities in Section 1983 and medical malpractice actions, as well as defending businesses in federal and Florida courts from consumer protection lawsuits, non-compete actions, and other civil litigation. He earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Stetson University and his B.S. from the University of Florida.
Washington, D.C.
A member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Ms. Zurlo is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and regularly assists foreign and domestic clients in patent preparation, prosecution, opinion work, and enforcement. She received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
